Avocado and Feta Wraps
This is a great lunch or you can use the filling as a
dip and serve with corn chips or crunchy vegetables.
Serves 2
2 avocadoes
200g Feta
1 small red onion
4 small corn torillas or 2 brown pitta breads
Chop the red onion finely. Mash the avocadoes and mix in finely cubed Feta
cheese. Add the onions. Fill the tortillas or pitta breads and
enjoy.
