Breakfast Smoothie

What you need:
Low fat live natural yoghurt
Frozen mixed berries
Apple
Mixed seeds (linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds)

How to make:
Put 4 tablespoons of yoghurt into a blender.  Add a handful of frozen berries and one cored apple.
Grind 1-2 tablesppons of seed mix in a coffee grinder and add to the mix in the blender.  Blend until smooth. You can add some milk or water to loosen up the mixture.  For extra fibre, you can also add 1 tablespoon of porridge oats before blending.
