Yoghurt
and Berry Breakfast
What you need:
Low fat live natural yoghurt
Frozen mixed berries
Porridge oats (not jumbo oats)
How to make:
Put some yoghurt into a breakfast bowl (enough for one person), mix in a handful
of frozen berries and 1-2 tablespoons of porridge oats.
Stir all ingredient together and then keep the bowl in the fridge overnight. By
morning the berries will have de-frosted and the oats will have softened, and
you will have a nutrients packed breakfast with protein from the yoghurt, vitamins
and minerals from the berries and fibre from the oats.
