Office Visits
In the City and Canary Wharf area consultations can also be held at your office to save you time. Please contact Sanna directly by e-mail or telephone 07790 386 320.
Before
Before attending your consultation you will be sent a detailed questionnaire covering questions relating to your medical history, your diet and your lifestyle. This will usually take about 20 minutes to complete. You can e-mail the completed questionnaire back to us, or take it with you to the consultation.
During
Your first consultation will last approximately 75 minutes.
During the consultation I will first discuss your completed questionnaire in more detail to assess your current nutritional status. Together we can also decide what your health priorities are. I will then explain the possible contributing factors to your health problems and give you any relevant handouts to take home with you for further information. If a certain area needs further investigation, appropriate biochemical testing may be recommended.
You will then be explained the steps you can take to support your health. A personalised dietary and lifestyle programme will be constructed and you will be given relevant handouts and recipe ideas to support these suggestions. A programme of nutritional supplements may also be recommended in order to correct any biochemical imbalances and nutrient deficiencies.
I will always bear in mind your individual circumstances to ensure that the programme is practical and achievable.
After
After your consultation, I will be available to assist and guide you should you need further support with your programme. You can send me an e-mail at any time and I will endeavour to answer it within 48 hours.
I would usually recommend at least one follow up consultation about 4-6 weeks after the initial meeting. This is to assess the progress of your plan, to discuss any test results where appropriate and to update or change any recommendations made.
It may be beneficial to meet for further consultations. This will depend on your specific health profile and your individual goals. |
