Our personalised weight loss programme offers you a refreshingly different approach. The 12 week fully supported "Weight Loss Wonder" course is a "non-diet" diet.

It is not about calorie counting, it's all about learning how to eat well for life. There is no need to go hungry or feel deprived. You will learn a healthy way of eating that works for you and which helps you achieve sustainable weight loss without dieting. Because you will get the support of your dedicated nutritionist you will find it easy to keep motivated without having to go to group sessions. All the attention is on you and your individual needs.

The course consists of the initial 1.5 hour consultation, followed by 6 fortnightly 30-minute sessions which can be arranged over the phone if desired. You will also receive:

  • 10-page booklet giving you all the basic information about food and diet
  • monitoring sheets to track your progress
  • handouts after each session with specific topics and food suggestions
  • support from your nutritionist between consultations

The value of the consultations alone would be £465, but you will get the entire course for £360. That's less than £30 per week.
