The course consists of the initial 1.5 hour consultation,
followed by 6 fortnightly 30-minute sessions which can
be arranged over the phone if desired. You will also receive:
- 10-page booklet giving you all the basic information
about food and diet
- monitoring sheets to track your progress
- handouts after each session with specific topics and
food suggestions
- support from your nutritionist between consultations
The value of the consultations alone would be £465,
but you will get the entire course for £360.
