I started seeing Sanna to see how I could use my diet to overcome the mid-afternoon exhaustion I was often experiencing. Prior to seeing her I was suffering from severe lack of energy, mood swings and uncontrollable needs for coffee and chocolate particularly around the 3/4pm on week days.

The first hour I spent with Sanna analysing my diet and requirements was amazingly useful. Everything she said just made so much sense. Finally I understood the impact you can have on your body by eating sensibly. Once aware of the types of food I should be focusing on and, critically, how easy it is to incorporate them into my diet, my new eating habits have made an enormous impact on my health and energy levels. I feel more productive at work - particularly in the afternoons, am exercising as much as possible and enjoying it, and feel far more in control of my emotions.

Having worked in the City, Sanna's suggestions are practical and easy to implement. She knows what is available and is realistic about what can be brought in from home so I am never stuck for options of healthy lunches. The support Sanna provides via factsheets, recipes, follow up sessions and emails is very thorough and enormously helpful.

As a result of a consultation with Sanna I no longer have major energy swings (from huge highs to 'let me sleep or bring me loads of caffeine now' lows) during the day, I sleep better, I've started to lose the pounds that I've been wanting to take off since I put them on and miracle of all miracles - I no longer crave chocolate.
